Hip Hop and rap with purpose hits way deeper that any type of song and ”Warning Shot” by Beat Stimulator is no exception. From a really catchy and moody instrumental and a perfectly rhymed and well thought lyrics to the great talent of a producer with a golden mind added to the mix!

Song doesn’t feel repetitive, lyrics catch the listener’s attention and the whole composition is a great masterpiece that definitely will be hitting our playlists for long time!

But who is him?

He is an underground Canadian Hip Hop beat producer heavily influenced by old school 90’s style hip hop. On this track he teamed up with Wes Pereira one of his old university room mates in which they recently reconnected along with Toronto Underground Emcee Die-Rek.

Beat Stimulator produced a track for Nilla, another Toronto Emcee called Down to Ride that was featured on DJ Hullewud & DJ Chase March Mixed Tape 2 released in October 2018. Previous to that single in 2017 released “This Too Shall Pass” featuring Toronto legend Eternia and long time collaborator Silly Robin.
Die-Rek released his debut 12”inch single “Questions” in 2005 with the B side “Come Alive”, distributed by “Heavyweights” record pool, home of DJ Babu, Strong Arm Steady and Truly OdD. The single was spun internationally in the U.K., Germany, the West Indies and cities Los Angeles, New York and all across Canada.
Wes is a skilled guitarist & producer who has been playing guitar since age 12 who can write catchy skilled riffs.
Die-Rek’s thought provoking lyrics and catchy hook combined with the heavy dark beat and catchy guitars give this track a smooth slap to the face.

For us, his story is incredibly inspiring and we would like you to drop a follow and enjoy his music on repeat!
